Drawing on my background as a qualified hypnotherapist and Certified Hypno-Oncology Practitioner, my talks gently integrate practical psychology, subconscious understanding and mind-body awareness in a way that is accessible, reassuring and empowering.

I keep my talks fun, simple and engaging – while also being thought-provoking and grounded in real-life experience. Each session is designed to leave participants with a clearer understanding of how the mind works, how stress impacts the body, and how small shifts in awareness can create meaningful, positive change.

Having a simple understanding of the mind allows us to apply these principles across all areas of life – from emotional wellbeing to physical health – because words, thoughts and beliefs are far more powerful than we often realise.
