Why I Wrote This Book

‘From Fear to Freedom’ was born from my own personal journey of understanding the mind, navigating life’s challenges, and learning how much our thoughts, beliefs and subconscious patterns shape our everyday experiences.

There were times where I felt unsure, overwhelmed and disconnected — but through that journey, I began to explore what was really happening beneath the surface. I began to understand something incredibly powerful…
