I will be running ‘Understanding The Mind – 6 Week Programme’ Autumn 2025 at Sedgley Community Centre, DY3 3UA. Starting Thursday 4th September through to Thursday 16th October – 7pm till 9pm.
Each session will be interactive, where I will be providing techniques, tasks and handouts to help create a powerful understanding of the mind and how it can be utilised in our everyday life – learning to look at life with a new profound perspective.
PLUS … I am hoping to once again include Special guest speakers – adding empowering transformational information to this already inspirational programme.
Initially presented successfully back in 2017, 2018 and Autumn 2024, currently running in Spring 2025, I continue to update this transformational content to help you create positive change in understanding the mind. My aim, to empower!
